Ace Hotel in Palm Springs

Michael Schimidt rope draped the lobby of the Ace Hotel, which looks like a pretty amazing, contemporary & unique design.  It’s not your average Hyatt Hotel layout design that’s for sure & would probably convince me to stay an extra night just for the pleasure of the creative environment. ;) Take a gander onto the hotel’s site because it looks like a pretty rad place to stay when you’re in the neighborhood.  Have a sweet travel my friends & a brand new week.

these are my favorite things…To eat here in Santa Barbara.  It’s an acai bowl filled with all that is delicious, sweet & healthy ha-ha!  You buy them at this place called Backyard Bowls and I highly recommend it.  Their price is a bit lower than what’s stated on their website so don’t be alarmed, but hey you get what you pay for and I promise you it’s rewarding.  I think it’s a wonderful thing to eat anytime of the day.  When my friends come to visit me in SB for the first time, I always take them here for some reason because it’s not like some big franchise like McDonalds that you can find at every town/city.  It definitely is a treat!

A great combination of flowers & letters.  They are the most sentimental and thoughtful things, the most simplest of things to create such powerful statements.  I’m so old school and I love it.  These flowers were given to my roommate Morgan from her boyfriend who’s here to visit.
